We process your data based on: (a) your consent when you submit a contact form; (b) performance of a contract when you engage our services; and (c) our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving our website and services.
5. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months from the date of submission. Contract-related data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 6 years as required by Spanish commercial law.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Scope of Services
ContentVectorPro provides copywriting, content strategy, and marketing funnel services as described on our website. Service specifics, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in writing prior to project commencement via individual project proposals.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are due within 14 days of issue date unless otherwise agreed. A 50% deposit is required before project commencement for projects exceeding €1,000. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. All prices are in Euros (EUR) and exclude applicable VAT.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all deliverables created by ContentVectorPro become the intellectual property of the client. ContentVectorPro retains the right to display work in portfolio and case studies unless explicitly restricted in the project agreement.
5. Revisions
Each service tier includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at €75 per hour. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of deliverable receipt.
6. Limitation of Liability
ContentVectorPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zaragoza, Spain.

1. Refund Eligibility
ContentVectorPro offers refunds under the following conditions: (a) if work has not yet commenced, a full refund of any deposit paid will be issued within 14 business days; (b) if work is in progress, a partial refund proportional to undelivered milestones may be issued at our discretion.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Deposits for projects where work has already commenced are non-refundable. Completed and delivered work is non-refundable once the client has approved the deliverable. Rush fees and third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client are non-refundable.
3. Revision-Based Resolution
Before a refund is considered, ContentVectorPro will offer up to two additional revision rounds at no cost to address any concerns about deliverable quality. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of deliverable receipt.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your project reference number, a description of the issue, and your desired resolution. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
5. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding refund eligibility, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedies. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
